Abstracts must be written in English.
Abstracts that are submitted in other language will not be accepted.
The title and body of the abstract must be sent in a single document in both languages in a Word format (.doc; .docx).
The author is required to enter the following data in the form: name, surname, organisation, city, degree and specialisation.
Title: the title, which must be written in English, should be concise and without abbreviations. The title must not exceed 150 characters.
Abstract: the body of the abstract must be written in English, and must not exceed 300 words, excluding the word count for the bibliography.
Abstracts made up of less than 200 words will not be accepted.
Please use “Times New Roman” as font, size 12, with a line spacing of 1.5.
You may include images and/or charts, and a relevant bibliography in your abstract.
Please proofread the abstract carefully to make sure that there are no mistakes in typing and/or grammatical errors. Please consider that the abstract will be published as submitted.
In case of studies conducted on human beings, the authors should state that the study has been approved by the Ethics Committee.
The authors should also state that the research referred to in their work was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the international principles governing any research involving an animal.
The author may not submit more than 3 presentations.
Topics
When submitting an abstract, please indicate the topic associated with the abstract. You may choose one topic for each abstract.
The topic indicated in the form will not be considered binding, and the Scientific Committee may change it when categorizing it within the congress sessions.
Abstracts must be submitted using the online abstract submission form.
All abstracts submitted must be original work and the following must be clearly indicated:

All abstract citations must be cited according to the AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (AMA) CITATION STYLE
Any abstracts that have been previously presented at other congresses and/or events will not be accepted.
Abstracts are subject to acceptance by the Scientific Committee, which will evaluate the work on the basis of the following criteria:

The author is required to send his/her Curriculum Vitae in the European format, which must be a signed original document including personal details (address, phone and mobile number, email). The CV must be sent in an online format through the abstract registration form.

- Cancellations received before 31st March 2024 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received between 1st April - 31st May 2024 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee
- Cancellations received after 31st May 2024 will not be refunded
- Copyright: All conference materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any conference materials is strictly prohibited.
- Liability: The organizers of the 9th IASRM World Congress are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the conference.
- Student Registration: Postgraduate student candidates must submit a letter of recommendation from their Dean or Head of Department (HOD) endorsing their participation in the IASRM Congress. The letter should attest to the candidate's academic standing, research experience, and suitability for participation in the conference. Please note that student registration is not permitted to the Gala Dinner.
