Regenerative Medicine Fellowships for Doctors

Since 2014, IASRM has trained practising clinicians in the science and the practical delivery of regenerative medicine. Our fellowships are built for doctors who already have a clinical practice and want to add cell-based, biologic and longevity therapies to it — safely, ethically and with a genuine understanding of the underlying biology.

Four fellowship tracks are open. Each runs for one year in a hybrid format, combines structured online modules with hands-on sessions in New Delhi, and requires every fellow to complete and submit an original research paper to a peer-reviewed journal before certification.

Fellowship in Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine

The foundation programme. Cell biology, isolation and processing, PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate, adipose-derived cells, exosomes and secretomes, and the regulatory framework that governs their use. Best suited to orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, dermatologists and clinicians building a regenerative service line.

Fellowship in Anti-Ageing, Regenerative, Aesthetic & Functional Medicine

Our broadest programme, organised into five pillars — foundational science and biomarkers, disease-specific clinical tracks, cellular and regenerative therapeutics, advanced modalities and ethics, and precision nutrition and intimate health. Covers peptides, bioidentical hormone therapy, NAD therapies, senolytics and senomorphics, mitochondrial medicine, the gut microbiome, nutritional IV therapy and wearables.

Fellowship in Cosmetic & Aesthetic Gynaecology

Energy-based devices, injectables, biologics and surgical technique for the gynaecologist expanding into functional and aesthetic intimate health.

Fellowship in Regenerative Medicine for Infertility

PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate and cell-based protocols in reproductive medicine, including the ovarian and endometrial applications IASRM has worked on since the beginning.

What every IASRM fellowship includes

Who these fellowships are for

Registered medical practitioners — MBBS, MD, MS, DNB, DGO or equivalent international qualification — who hold a valid licence to practise. Some tracks are speciality-restricted; the individual course page states the eligibility for each. Dentists, veterinarians and PhD scientists are considered for selected programmes on application.

Why doctors choose IASRM

We have been running regenerative medicine, precision medicine and anti-ageing education for over a decade, and the Longevity Revolution congresses since 2014. Our teaching is deliberately conservative about evidence: fellows are taught what is proven, what is investigational, what is not permitted, and how to tell a patient the difference. That position is unusual in this field and it is the reason our alumni can build practices that withstand scrutiny.
